The home and garden were designed by artist Rich Griendling.
Griendling has freelanced in the fine arts for over 30 years, and has received numerous awards
for his work in painting, sculpture, drawing, filmmaking, photography, graphic
and furniture design. His early works appeared in many museum exhibitions
and several one-man shows in various galleries. Griendling's recent works are included in
many corporate and private collections and public commissions.

House Design Features Include:

with pull-down screens

• Radiant floor heating, which provides even heat with
no drafts or blowing dust

• Central heat is also available, although the radiant floor system has
provided 100% of the heat over the past 17 years.

• 2,600 square feet of quarry tile is easy to clean and helps reduce allergens
when compared with carpet applications.

master and children’s bedroom
